What does a roof replacement cost in metro Atlanta?
Most of the homes we replace land between $9,000 and $18,000, depending on size, pitch and material. Unlike most contractors we will put a number in writing after a free inspection. No pressure, no obligation, and the estimate is yours to shop around.
How long does a replacement take?
Most residential roofs are torn off, re-decked where needed, and fully shingled in a single day. Larger or steeper roofs can run two. You will know the schedule before we order materials.
Will insurance cover my roof?
If the damage came from hail, wind or a fallen tree, very often yes. We document the damage with photos, help you file, and meet your adjuster on the roof so the scope is right the first time. You pay your deductible and nothing more.
What happens if it rains mid-job?
Your deck is never left exposed. We stage tear-off so only what can be dried-in the same day comes off, and every job carries tarps and synthetic underlayment on site. A surprise storm gets covered in minutes, not hours.
